Elizabeth Sullivan
Attorney Bio:
Elizabeth is a seasoned attorney with an extensive background in workers' compensation law. After growing up in Stone Mountain, Elizabeth graduated from the University of Georgia, earning her undergraduate degree in criminal justice and speech communication, with a minor in Spanish. She went on to obtain her law degree from Georgia State University College of Law.
With a comprehensive understanding of both sides of workers' compensation cases, Elizabeth has a unique perspective and a well-rounded approach to legal representation. Her experience includes defending employers and insurance companies, as well as advocating for injured workers. Her dual experience in defense and plaintiff work allows her to anticipate the strategies of the opposing side, enhancing her effectiveness in negotiations and litigation.
Elizabeth is a member of the Atlanta Bar Association, DeKalb Bar Association, Georgia Association for Women Lawyers, and Lawyers Club of Atlanta, and has also served as a panelist at the State Board of Workers’ Compensation Regional Seminar. She has also been designated a Rising Star by Super Lawyers.
Before starting her own firm, Elizabeth was a partner at a workers’ compensation firm in Atlanta.
In her spare time, Elizabeth enjoys spending time with her husband, twin girls, and rescue dog, as well as traveling and supporting UGA athletics.
