I want you to get the care and compensation you deserve.
Does it matter what firm I hire?
Having worked at firms of all sizes, I can confidently say the firm you hire can make a huge difference. Large firms work on volume - to them you’re only a number. You will likely deal mostly with support staff, very rarely talking to an actual attorney. Many boutique firms are understaffed and spread too thin.
As a solo-practitioner, I will handle your case from beginning to end. I only accept cases I can dedicate my time towards.
Can I afford a lawyer?
Absolutely! There are no upfront costs. Workers’ compensation attorneys in Georgia work on a contingency fee basis.
Do I have a case?
If you were injured while performing your job duties for a company with three or more employees, you likely have a valid case - regardless of how long you worked there.
